Country Style Pork Roast

Ingredients
1/2 | teaspoon | ginger | |
1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
1/4 | teaspoon | sage | |
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
5 | pounds | pork shoulder roast | or fresh picnic, or other |
Directions
In small bowl, mix all spices.Rub on surface of 5 lb. pork roast.
Roast on rack in shallow pan to 185 F. on meat thermometer for 3 1/2-4 hours at 325 f.
Can make gravy from pan drippings.
