Happy Thanksgiving!!!

When I was younger the holidays were a huge deal and we always had tons of people around. Our own family was usually about 10-15 people and then whatever neighborhood kids or friends were around always got invited. Usually it was a 20+lbs turkey, buckets of stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and you hoped that's enough!
Now our families are scattered across the world and cooking isn't as easy . To scale things down so much actually makes you think and having to measure out what needs to be cooked so there aren't as many leftovers is a chore. I know it's a pitiful thing to complain about but when I think about it, it makes me miss my family and the drama that goes with everyone being together.
Even though times are extremely tough for everyone we still have much to be thankful for. We are happy, healthy, and together even if it's in a different state or country.

We love you all and hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
